The Full Story

Bree Babin, the founder of B. Babin Medical Litigation Support, earned her bachelor's degree in Speech and Hearing Science from Ohio State University in 2013. She graduated from nursing school in 2015 and has been actively involved in the healthcare industry since 2010. Her healthcare journey encompasses a diverse range of roles, including serving as an Assistant Director of Nursing, working in home healthcare and hospitals, delving into cosmetics, and functioning as an operating room circulating nurse.

While Bree pursued a career in healthcare to fulfill her aspiration of making a positive impact on people's lives, several of her family members chose careers in law with the same goal in mind. Throughout her tenure in the healthcare sector, Bree frequently encountered instances of injustice affecting patients and communities. She strongly believed she could make a more significant impact and do more to address these issues but was unsure how. The inception of B. Babin Medical Litigation Support naturally evolved from conversations with her family regarding the challenges faced by Plaintiff attorneys handling medical-related litigation, including Mass Tort product liability claims. The invaluable role of a nurse in reviewing medical records for these claims became evident, a theory that has been consistently validated since 2018. This venture was driven by Bree's desire to make a more substantial impact on both communities and individuals as a whole.

Since 2018, Bree has nurtured B. Babin Medical Litigation Support into a prominent Litigation Support firm. The company has honed its expertise in medical record reviews, the creation of medical chronologies, completing Plaintiff Profile Forms and Plaintiff Fact Sheets, and helping ensure claims meet the requirements for MDL filing. They have actively contributed to thousands of MDL claims, including, but not limited to, cases involving Hernia Mesh, 3M Earplugs, Hair Relaxer, NEC  Baby Formula, CPAP, Talcum Baby Power, Medtronic Mini Med, and Truvada. Furthermore, their scope of expertise extends to sensitive cases, including Boy Scouts of America sex abuse claims and Human Trafficking cases against hotels, demonstrating a commitment to providing comprehensive support to legal professionals and their clients in diverse legal arenas

Expanding its scope beyond medical-related litigation support, B. Babin Medical Litigation Support has recently incorporated Plaintiff and Project Management services into their offerings. This encompasses tasks such as managing intake processes, facilitating client communication, developing Standardized Operating Procedures for various projects, and a host of other services.
